  Microsoft 365 migration

  Mail, files and identity moved over a weekend, with the old system left running until the Monday proves it did not need to be.

• Backup & disaster recovery

  Backups that are restored on a schedule rather than merely taken, with a written recovery time you have actually seen us hit in a drill.

• Cybersecurity baseline

  Endpoint protection, mail filtering, MFA rollout and a written gap assessment against the national controls, in that order.
